Chad C. Hastings Esq.

I was born in Teaneck, New Jersey and moved as a child to Port St. Lucie, Florida in the 1980’s. In high school, I worked on the weekends and summers doing retail. I learned at an early age that working hard was necessary if I wanted to go to college. After graduating from Port St. Lucie High School, I achieved my goal and was accepted into the University of Central Florida. There I worked as a waiter, making enough to pay my rent and get me through school. After earning my undergraduate degree in Finance, I decided to go to law school. I was accepted in the Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, where I studied to become a lawyer.

During law school, I worked long hours every summer for a large personal injury law firm where I was inspired to help people in some of their hardest times. I learned early in my career how rewarding it is to help people and facilitate bringing them closure. Since graduating law school in 2001, I have taken that inspiration and dedicated my career to helping the injured.

As a lawyer of 23 years, practicing personal injury, I have been trained and worked closely with some of the best lawyers in Florida. I started the Hastings Law Firm, because I envisioned working closely with my clients and focusing on giving my clients the best outcomes on their cases in a boutique law firm setting. For every incredible outcome that I have made for my clients, an insurance company or a defendant doubted my clients and discouraged them from moving forward. I know how that feels.
